Warriors
Wanted

A MIDWEST COLLECTIVE

We are creating a travel basketball team comprised of young players from around the mid-west who are hungry to be great and be apart of something bigger than themselves. We are looking for players who are not only talented but who have heart and want to develop their character and leadership. Our goal and our guarantee is that every player that commits to our program, will grow leaps and bounds on the court but more importantly off the court. We are currently establishing a team for 8U but may have more grades & teams

in the future.

- Team Camps and team retreats throughout the season and off season

team camps & retreats

Our Warriors Prep travel team program will hold team mini camps throughout the season and off season, as well as team retreats. The camps will be held as a means to practice, develop the players basketball skills, build team unity and cultivate our team culture. They will be held mainly on weekends and usually just for one day. The retreats will be held as a means for personal development and team building for the players. The camps and retreats will be of no extra cost to parents.

the season (tournaments)

Our travel season will be held from November through July. Each month we will only play in 1-2 tournaments and some months possibly none and focus on only team camps and actual player development, as our goal is to truly see player development and not burn out the kids or overly burden the parents. The tournaments we play in will be held in the Midwest; mainly Ohio, Indiana, Michigan and Chicago. Our goal will be to have one or two (depending on sponsorship and funds) far away national tournaments in locations such as Florida.

Travel expectations:

The Warriors Prep program will provide lodging information for each tournament and provide a team room for players to stay in (Players only/ no coaches). Parents can book there own rooms and there child is welcomed to stay with them as well. When we have to fly, our goal is to provide plane tickets and or ticket vouchers for the players.

The
Vision

Our focus and aim is to build a program that is one of the elite travel programs in the Midwest. We want to compete against the best, beat the best and be the best. We want to set a standard and be an example of excellence, integrity, character, gamesmanship and success. Also, as a program we not only want to build a top notch program but we want to build top notch young men who reach their potential on and off the court. Our culture will be one that expects young men to be there best on and off the court and one that empowers young men to achieve that.

We are setting out to build a program that has longevity and one that continues for years to come with our core team so that life long relationships are made, friendships are forged, great memories are had, championships are won, scholarships are achieved and young men's life's are empowered.
